    We are pleased to confirm the Law Society as an official supporter of The Alzheimer’s Show. Representatives from the Law Society Wills & Equity Committee will be speaking in The Alzheimer’s Matters Theatre on a range of issues related to elderly care and dementia issues in particular.

     

  • The Law Society is to support The Alzheimer’s Show

    The Alzheimer’s Show is pleased to announce that The Law Society is supporting the show. Richard Roberts, Chair of the Wills and Equity Committee, will be speaking in the ‘Alzheimer’s Matters’ theatre about wills, probate and a range of practical issues. 

  • We are very pleased that Lynda Bellingham has very kindly agreed to support the event. For many years Lynda has been very active in raising awareness of dementia and the impact it has on sufferers and carers.

  • David Cameron today said that dementia in this country is a ‘national crisis’ and has made it his personal priority to make the UK a world leader in dementia care and research, as part of his  “National Dementia Challenge”, by increasing the research budget to £66 million.
