There are a number of ways to get to the NEC, and we’ve got all the key information below to help make your journey as easy as possible. 

The 2025 show opening times are:

Wednesday 19th March -  09:30am to 16:30pm

Thursday 20th March - 09:30am to 16:00pm

 

Is there somewhere to leave coats and luggage?

Is there a Cloakroom?

The cloakrooms can be found adjacent to each hall. Items are charged at £2 per coat and £3 per bag (cloakrooms are open 30 minutes prior an event opening and close when the event closes). Please note, in the interests of safety and security overnight storage is not possible.

 

What catering facilities are there at the NEC?

Hotels

Parking at the NEC

Pre-pay for parking online before the day of your visit and you can make a saving of £5* (T&C's apply). That's one less thing to think about on the day! *Offer only applies to the standard on-the-day rate. Book parking here

Is the event free to attend?

Yes it is free to attend.

Where is my ticket?

After registering you will receive a confirmation email, on this email is a QR code. You can use this to get your visitor badge printed out when you arrive to the Alzheimer's & Dementia Show Hall (20). We have extra kiosks this year and our friendly team will be onsite to help. 

Can I register when I arrive?

Yes, although we would recommend you do this online in advance via our registration form as tickets are more on the door. Online registration remains open throughout the event.  Please ensure you arrive with plenty of time to access the hall before the event opens for visitors. Please note we do not accept cash payments.

Training sessions

Exclusive Training with Training2Care 

The Alzheimer's & Dementia Show is the only event in the UK providing professionals with a unique opportunity for individuals to access dedicated training provided by our partner Training2Care. Details about the sessions are below.

Book training sessions here. Prices range from £45-£60 and you must have registered for your free event ticket to gain entry. These are extremely popular and sell out fast!
