NEW AT THE ALZHEIMER’S SHOW IN LONDON! DEMENTIA HELP’S CARERS CORNER
New online resource Dementia Help will be hosting a Carers Corner networking area at The Alzheimer’s Show in London on 9-10 June. Carers Corner will welcome carers who want to meet and talk with other carers in similar situations and share their ideas, experiences and insights on looking after a loved one with dementia.
Dementia Help was launched in February 2017 by The Alzheimer’s Show’s Online Editor Christina Macdonald, author of Dementia Help: A Guide, and a former carer to her late mother Hazel for nine years. This free online resource offers help and advice for dementia carers based on Christina’s own personal experiences.
There’s no need to register for Carers Corner in advance. This networking area will be located next to the coffee area located in the top left of the Show and you can simply come along and meet with other carers between 10am and 4pm on both days.
