THE ALZHEIMER'S SOCIETY SUPPORTS THE ALZHEIMER'S SHOW 2012

We are proud to announce The Alzheimer’s Society as an official supporter of the show.

Jeremy Hughes, Chief Executive of Alzheimer’s Society, said:

‘Dementia is the health and social care challenge of our generation. With one in three people over 65 developing the condition, it’s essential we all take steps to better understand dementia and how to better support family members, friends and neighbours affected.

‘The Alzheimer’s Show is a great opportunity to raise awareness of the condition, and bring together people with dementia, carers and professionals.’

The society will be exhibiting and speaking  at the event and will be helping us to promote the show to our key audience of carers.

As well as the Alzheimer’s Society, we are grateful of the support from Alzheimer’s Research UK as our charitable partner, Dementia UK, Dementia Action Alliance, Guideposts Trust and The Law Society. Paul Burstow MP, Minister for Care Services, Lynda Bellingham and Diana Melly have also pledged their support. Together we are dedicated to giving carers, relatives, individuals with dementia and professionals access to the latest products and services which can help them in their daily lives.
